As the Founder and CEO of Mulenda Enterprise, Dan leads with discipline, innovation, and a deep understanding of both the ground level realities and the high level strategy that define successful real estate ventures. Born in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and now based in Toronto, Canada, Dan’s journey into real estate was anything but conventional. Before launching his investment career, he worked in the trades, honing his skills as a plumber, steamfitter, and welder. This hands-on experience gave him a unique advantage, a deep understanding of how buildings are constructed, maintained, and brought to life.

Dan used that practical knowledge as a foundation for something much larger, building an investment platform capable of scaling across borders and unlocking value in underperforming assets. Mulenda Enterprise is built on a data driven, disciplined strategy focused on acquiring cash flowing income properties in high growth U.S. markets. Every decision, from acquisition to operations, is made with one goal, to maximize returns, minimize risk, and build enduring value.
