Dan Mulenda

Dan did not take a traditional path into real estate. Born in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and now based in Toronto, he began his career in the trades, specializing in plumbing, steamfitting, and welding. That hands-on work gave him a rare advantage, an instinctive understanding of how buildings are built, maintained, and optimized. He turned that foundation into a larger vision. As founder and CEO, Dan leads with discipline, creativity, and a drive to rethink how real estate is purchased, managed, and developed across North America and beyond.
From the ground up, Dan’s practical experience shapes the company’s methodical, data-backed approach.
